KLINGAGE MG (Magnet Float) Type Level Gage
KLINGAGE The Magnetic Float
The magnetic float, originally designed according to pressure, temperature, density and liquid type, is manufactured by our precision machining and experienced welding. Especially, the density is important to determine the float length. The float contains patented magnetic assembly that generates a sharp magnetic circuit
・Material
The Nihon Klingage Co.,Ltd. makes titanium standard material generally as the Light specific gravity business ( the specific gravity - about 0.35, pressure-resistant 2.8 MPa ), making SUS316, SUS316L as the business ( the specific gravity - about 0.7, pressure-resistant 4.8 MPa ). Special alloy, fluid make ultra high pressure water business ( the use case: for the Descaling Equipment ) as the ultra high pressure business and there is a high-pressure special resin float. Besides, it designs Hastelloy, aluminum, a various lining, PVC float and so on, too, according to the use and it manufactures them.
・Feature
When there are not a change of the liquid specific gravity and so on, the instruction revision by the liquid surface and so on are unnecessary because the float for the KLINGAGE MG (Magnet Float) Type Level Gage is designed according to the specification, is manufactured and is adjustable. Also, it is possible to correspond to the change of the liquid specific gravity by the change of content fluid by the balance weight.
・Magnetic
The float contains patented magnetic assembly that generates a sharp magnetic circuit.
As for the magnetic circuit of the combination magnet ( patent No. 956204 ) having to do with a ring which is had by the float for the KLINGAGE MG (Magnet Float) Type Level Gage, the collection bunch of the magnetic flux is sharp. Moreover, the style which reaches distance to the direction of the circumference, either of the N pole or the S pole is designed. By this powerful magnetic force, it operates a Lothar instruction receptacle and lead switch level detector ( the analog sensor ).
